Convetra, a start-up with groundbreaking new technology for the treatment of canine osteoarthritis, needed help preparing a launch plan.
Harmony conducted market research with surgeons and radiologists, compiled an evaluation of the competitive landscape, and held strategic planning sessions with the client and key advisors. We then built a comprehensive go-to-market plan that included a brand sales forecast, key strategies, positioning, messaging, tactics, budgets and timing. This plan was used to help drive investor interest and the start of the commercialization effort. The project expanded to include key opinion leader activities and mode of action education. Harmony recently developed convention tactics and a new brand logo and identity.
We hired Harmony to prepare a landscape analysis for a brand-new treatment modality for canine pain called Synovetin OA. Eric and his team conducted market research with surgeons and radiologists, attended key veterinary conferences, interacted with key opinion leaders, held strategic planning workshops, and built a comprehensive marketing plan. His team then developed marketing materials which we are using at conferences and created educational materials for use at advisory board meetings. Harmony just completed a brand-new website for us. We are very pleased with the professionalism, quality and collaboration from Harmony and look forward to continuing to work with them!”
